by Ttuhsc Son Academic Calendar 2023 – The Almanac of Schools of Nursing has published its 2019 rankings of the best nursing schools in the US and named the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Nursing as the second best school in Texas and the Southwest. The School of Nursing is also ranked 11th among public nursing schools and 22nd among all nursing schools in the US.
Rankings are based on the institution’s academic reputation and perceived value, the breadth and depth of nursing programs offered, and student performance, especially in the NCLEX licensing exam.

Many hospitals are looking to the TTUHSC for BSN-trained nurses to stay and help with nursing shortages in suburban areas.”
