FIA Formula 2 has announced the calendar for the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship. Next season there will be a total of 14 rounds of all supporting events of the FIA Formula One World Championship starting with the 2022 season.
Teams and drivers will compete in a total of 28 races in 13 countries in 2023. Formula 2 will visit a new continent for the first time in its history, including the iconic Albert Park circuit in Melbourne, Australia.

Formula 2’s seventh season begins at the Bahrain International Circuit on March 03-05, before moving to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit for Round 2 on March 17-19. April will see the field play on two street circuits, visiting Melbourne, Australia for the first time on 31 March – 02 April before heading to Baku, Azerbaijan on 28-30 April.
The campaign continues with a triple-header starting May 19-21 in Imola, Emilia Romagna. The paddock then heads to Monte Carlo, Monaco on 25-28 May, before concluding three weeks of intense racing in Barcelona, Spain on 02-04 June.
The action continues four weeks later, with two double-headers in July, starting with Round 8 in Spielberg, Austria on 30 June – 02 July, followed by Round 9 in Silverstone, UK on 07-09 July. Rounds 10 and 11 will be held in Budapest, Hungary and Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium on July 21-23 and July 28-30 respectively.
