The Groove Experience was created in 2009 especially for all star dancers. These events are designed so that all-star dancers attend a top-class event that guarantees a proper competition platform and only dance judges.

The Smoky Mountain Music Festival is now one of the nation’s most popular events, bringing together talented elementary, middle and high school musical groups to Gatlinburg each spring. Started in 1983, the Smoky Mountain Music Festival brings bands from across the country to showcase their work in front of judges. Held over three weekends each spring at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the festival features marching bands, jazz bands, orchestras, choirs and the Winter Guard, indoor drum lines and other supporting organizations. The festival also features a parade of bands through the city of Gatlinburg so that locals and visitors alike can enjoy the talented musicians in attendance.

Alicia Harvey was born in Nashville, TN, the home of country music, but grew up north in Springfield, TN. Seeking a change, Alicia moved to Knoxville, TN and plans to join the up-and-coming music scene there. Alicia’s biggest influences include Reba McIntyre, Terri Clark, Patsy Cline, Patty Loveless, to name a few. Growing up in ’80s and ’90s country, you hear a lot of his style of music.
Anita Cochran is an ACM, CMA nominated country artist. She was the first female artist in country music history to write, produce and play multiple instruments, including lead guitar, on her debut release. Former Warner Brothers artist who released ‘Back to You’ featuring the number one award winning song ‘What If I Said’ with Steve Warner. She followed that album with her sophomore release Anita.
